About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive VIP Experiences Manager to lead our events, hospitality, and gifting strategy. This role is focused on the back-office operations of the VIP Team, making sure everything is planned and executed perfectly. The VIP Experiences Manager will manage the entire process for premium experiences, from choosing high-end gifts to organizing logistics for major events. While Account Managers usually stay with the clients, you will be the person behind the scenes, ensuring everything works correctly and stays within the budget. You will also manage customer data securely and attend events when necessary to guarantee that the operation follows the plan.
