 Labor 
Capture all payroll
related data for month end salary run by required deadline dates
Ensure that the
dummy runs are prepared and signed off by all relevant 
Print and distribute
payslips on a monthly basis
Ensure that all
payroll related filing is done monthly
Prepare all 3rd
party payments and schedules by deadline dates.
Ensure that you have
tax numbers for all employees
Assist with the
preparation of mid year and year end tax submissions to SARS.
Print and issue
IRP’5s
Submission of
electronic UIF declarations and claims via U-filing
Must be up to date
with prevailing Labour Legislation and Tax Laws
Must be able to
fully operate the TNA system. 
All other payroll
related tasks
