DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Superviseand mentor Exec VIP Support Reps to ensure high-quality service deliveryand achievement of KPIs.
  
• MonitorVIP players’ activity, preferences, and feedback to proactively addresstheir needs. Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring VIP players receivewhite-glove treatment.
  
• Overseeand handle escalated VIP customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swiftand satisfactory resolutions.
  
• Provideregular reports on VIP player trends, service performance, and areas forimprovement. Proactively address player concerns and collaborate withinternal teams to resolve complex issues.
  
• Maintainstrong relationships with VIP players by offering personalized andproactive support.
