VIP Representative

**Pay Rate: $17.00 | Full-Time| Friday- Tuesday hours vary**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The VIP Representative will coordinate and perform any services related to a VIP Guest, including booking and confirming hotel reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, escorting and familiarizing hotel guests with their suite(s) and guest room(s), assisting hotel guests with concierge requests and services, booking internal and external reservations, and handling guest requests with the utmost, and courtesy. Must demonstrate knowledge of casino/hotel facilities and services and provide accurate information. You will report to the VIP Supervisor, Shift Manager, and Player Development Director.
