Virtual Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a paralegal or legal assistant to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Read, interpret, and analyze complex legal language;
• Apply client-specific written policies to ensure compliance;
• Edit documents using track changes;
• Negotiate with opposing counsel via email until a clean, executable final version is reached;
• Prepare documents for client signature;
• Log into the firm's secure email/chat/server system and manage incoming work throughout the shift;
• Maintain continuous communication coverage for assigned time zone;
