We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our President and Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure, and takes ownership of keeping priorities moving forward.
What You'll Do
Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and daily priorities for the President
Build and maintain workflows in (projects, tasks, follow-ups, dashboards)
Capture meeting notes, ideas, and decisions and convert them into clear action plans
