We are supporting a client-focused organization in the conflict resolution & mediation space seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant with strong digital, CRM, and client coordination skills. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can support operations, manage online systems, and contribute to business growth initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
• Support professional client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and automation workflows in
GoHighLevel CRM
• Assist with lead generation, outreach, and business development support
• Support social media coordination and digital presence
• Assist with website updates, forms, integrations, and basic troubleshooting
• Work with digital tools (GoHighLevel, email platforms, landing pages, automations, basic visuals)
