REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Bachelor’s degree (completed) from a recognized institution
• 3. 0 to 8 months of experience in a US-based call center or a relevant role
• 4. Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• 5. High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• 7. Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• 8. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• 9. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools with strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills
