Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Customer Support Representative to support our UK-based plumbing and home service client in managing his day to day operations & also to provide customer support to his customers from our Lahore office. You will be the primary link between business owner and his UK customers, field engineers, technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth operational workflow. You will handle day-to-day customer interactions, appointment management, and coordination for a dynamic UK plumbing and service business. This role requires professionalism, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work effectively during UK business hours. You'll be integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for our client.
