Virtual assistant

We are looking for a specialized GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant to manage the technical operations of our HealthTech platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the digital bridge between healthcare facilities (hospitals/clinics) and the workforce (nurses/contractors) using GHL as our core infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Snapshot Implementation: Deploying and customizing GHL Snapshots for new sub-accounts, ensuring all custom fields, tags, and assets are mapped correctly.
• Automated Workflow Design: Building and managing two-sided automations for both healthcare providers (onboarding/credentialing) and facilities (staffing requests).
• Funnel & Page Building: Replicating and optimizing landing pages within the GHL builder to ensure brand consistency across all marketplace touchpoints.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintaining the integrity of our pipelines to track providers from their initial application through to final placement....
