Research-Focused Virtual Assistant | Commercial Real Estate
What You'll Do
Research property ownership and market data
Pull and summarize sales/lease comps and submarket trends
Build and maintain spreadsheets (leads, deal trackers)
Research and organize prospect lists
Update CRM records and support deals and marketing materials
What We're Looking For
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent research and data accuracy
