About the Role

We are an e-commerce business looking to hire a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle day-to-day operational tasks. This role is focused on execution and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product data entry and updates (titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, inventory)
• Order tracking and basic order management
• Responding to customer inquiries (email/chat) using predefined guidelines
• Maintaining spreadsheets and reports (sales, inventory, tracking, etc.)
• Uploading and organizing product images and files
• Supporting other e-commerce-related administrative tasks as needed
