We're looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to craft engaging content and Experience in driving Real Estate Marketing success. This is a remote role that follows EST hours, with a 40-hour workweek and a salary of PHP 35,000–45,000 per month, subject to increase depending on performance.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for various brands.
• Create eye-catching posts, videos, and graphics.
• Engage with followers and build an online community.
• Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights.
• Stay ahead of social and Real Estate Trends.
• Experience in the Real Estate Industry.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of social media management experience.
Strong writing, graphic design, and video editing skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.
