We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (GHL & Circle Expertise)

We're looking for an virtual assistant who can own execution across GoHighLevel, automations, Circle, and social media systems. You should already know how these platforms work in real production environments and be able to execute without trial-and-error learning.

You'll be given clear strategy and direction. Your job is to turn that into clean systems, stable automations, and fast execution.

What You'll Own

• GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, forms, tagging, and account architecture
• Automation builds and fixes using Zapier, APIs, and ManyChat
• Circle community structure and onboarding flows
• Social media execution systems based on performance data
• Landing pages and reusable visual assets (Canva / Figma)
• Task execution and coordination inside Asana or similar tools
