Virtual Assistant

On behalf of our client, an AI consultancy we are looking for a virtual finance assitant who will take care of bookkeeping as well as assisting with finance tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience with Gusto and running payroll generally, handling benefits (401k, etc), and quickbooks and handling 1099s and W-8BENs and organizing info to give to our accountant.
• Great English skills
• Must have experience with Quickbooks and working for a US based agency.

Part-time 10 hours per week
