Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Assistant to manage and convert our existing leads into booked calls and clients. This role is focused entirely on sales follow-up, lead qualification, and revenue support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with warm and inbound leads in a timely manner

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

• Book sales calls directly onto the sales calendar

• Re-engage non-responsive or stalled leads

• Maintain and update CRM records accurately

• Send follow-up emails and messages

• Assist with proposals, onboarding, and post-call follow-up

• Track and report daily and weekly sales activity and conversions
