Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organized
Virtual Assistant (
Part-Time)

to support social media, project management, light design, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the CMO to keep projects organized and content updated.

Responsibilities

• Social media support and content updates
• Design + light video editing in Canva
• Update and manage tasks in Notion
• Track expenses (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Assist with admin and light personal coordination
