Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate telemedicine appointments.
Assist patients with their concerns when the doctor is unavailable.
Provide basic patient support and guidance within the scope of practice.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
