Remote Call Center Representative

Entry‑level position with on‑the‑job training. Minimum 9‑month commitment required. Reliable and coachable. Must follow a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks). Full‑time: 5 days/week, 8–9 hrs/day. Base salary + performance incentives (if applicable). Two yearly company events.

Tech Requirements

• Laptop: Windows – 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+.
• Mac – 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+.
• Headset – Wired USB with visible microphone (no AirPods or wireless).
• Internet – Wired LTE router (SIM‑powered, connected via cable). Wi‑Fi and hotspot not accepted.
