Virtual Assistant - Sales and Marketing

Panama Outsource Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support a sales and marketing teams through targeted data mining and lead research for one of our established clients. This position is a mostly researched based role. Some phone work may be required to confirm information, but you will not taking calls or on a queue. This position is well suited for someone who is a strong researcher and doesn’t want to be on the phones all day.

  Research and compile Board Member contact information for HOA and community association boards using publicly available resources, including state Secretary of State websites, TREC Management Certificates, county appraisal districts, and people-finding tools such as WhitePages.com.
