Virtual Assistant - Social Media Specialist

What we need:

We’re looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant - Social Media Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to manage paid + organic social across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google to generate consultation bookings for kitchen and bath renovation services. This is a pilot engagement with a results-based timeline and potential long-term work.

What you’ll do:

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns (testing creatives/offers/audiences, retargeting, and budget management)
• Grow organic presence (followers, reach, engagement) aligned with paid strategy
• Provide content direction using existing renovation photos/videos
• Improve conversions through landing page review, lead capture support, and clear performance reporting
