As a Case Manager, you will be engaging directly with individuals and whānau to provide financial support, employment services, and housing assistance. You’ll support people to achieve their goals by connecting them with the right services and creating tailored plans that work for them.

As the face of the organisation, you will be working alongside whānau to find out what is important to them and to support them into training or employment opportunities. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for whānau.
