We are seeking a high-level Virtual Customer Support & Operations Specialist to serve as the front line for our wholesale and e-commerce operations. This role is hands-on and operational, not script-based support. You will handle real customer issues, manage orders inside an ERP system, process payments and returns, and resolve problems independently while delivering a professional U.S.-based customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat

Accurately enter, update, and manage orders in the ERP

Process payments, credits, returns, and damage claims

Review inventory, order status, and shipment data to resolve issues
