We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Leasing Agent to support our property management operations remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. property management practices and hands‑on experience with Section 8 housing programs . In this role, you will manage leasing inquiries, qualify leads, coordinate showings, and guide applicants through the leasing process from first contact to move‑in.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
• Pre-screen applicants based on property criteria and assist with application processing.
