We are hiring a Virtual Leasing & Marketing Specialist to support a stabilized U.S. multifamily portfolio made up of multiple properties and legal entities. This role is focused strictly on leasing execution for properties already under management and requires someone comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.

This is a remote, full-time position for someone experienced in managing the full leasing workflow inside AppFolio, who is organized, responsive, and able to operate independently from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leasing inquiries (calls, messages, emails, online leads).

• Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain timely, professional communication.

• Schedule and coordinate property tours.
