Virtual Marketing Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote support for up to 20 hours per week. The main goal of this role is to free up our co-founders from day-to-day operational tasks so they can focus on higher-level strategy, growth, and client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and has strong communication skills.

70% of the role is social media management (graphic design and content creation)
Schedule: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. AEST Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage and update co-founders' schedules, including booking appointments, client sessions, and meetings.
