Role Overview
Portiva is hiring
Virtual Medical Assistants (VMA)
across multiple specialized healthcare tracks. This is a full-time, on-site role in Manila supporting U.S. healthcare providers during U.S. business hours.
Based on your experience and background, you may be endorsed for one of the following tracks:
Available VMA Tracks Virtual Receptionist (Medical)
- Answer and triage inbound patient calls
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Perform insurance verification
- Update EHR records
- Handle patient inquiries and payment processing
