Virtual Medical Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail oriented MBBS qualified medical professional to work remotely as a Virtual Medical Assistant for a US-based healthcare provider.

This is not a basic transcription or note taking role. The position requires strong clinical understanding, data extraction, trend analysis, and chart preparation, supporting the physician before, during, and after patient encounters.

You will play a key role in improving clinical efficiency, documentation accuracy, and longitudinal patient tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a real-time or asynchronous medical scribe for a US physician

Prepare pre-visit chart reviews, including:

• Past medical history
• Medications
• Allergies
• Previous visit summaries

Extract and summarise clinical data from EHRs, including:

• Lab results
• Vitals
• Imaging reports
• Specialist notes
