Virtual Medical Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a
friendly, engaging, and highly communicative Medical Virtual Assistant
with
proven MedSpa or Aesthetic clinic experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling patient interactions, explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, and managing both inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Clearly explain aesthetic and MedSpa procedures, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
• Document patient inquiries and follow-up actions accurately
• Insurance Verification
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
