The Virtual Project Manager (VPM) exists to ensure every agency client experiences clarity, momentum, and measurable progress from day one.

This role eliminates dropped balls, delays, miscommunication, and rework, while protecting sales relationships and ensuring clients feel supported, confident, and excited about working with us.

The VPM is the single point of orchestration between sales promises, internal execution, and client outcomes.
