We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Property Maintenance Coordinator to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate vendors, staff, and tenants efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring properties are well maintained and that maintenance requests and projects are handled smoothly from start to finish.

Base Pay Range

$7,200.00/yr - $7,800.00/yr

• Assign, track, and follow up on work orders for maintenance staff and vendors.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with tenants using Connecteam.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
