Your Profile in Customer Service

What You'll Bring

• Has at least 2–3 years of customer or technical support experience
• Can handle basic support tasks (e.g., password resets)
• General skill in the use of MS Office and other standard software applications required for the role
• Amenable to work full on-site in BGC (shifting schedule)
