Sat: 9am–1pm EST
(Night shifts – PH time)

Pay: $6.50 CAD/hour

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and messages (RingCentral, Facebook, Instagram)
• Respond to Facebook leads within 1 hour during shifts
• Book, reschedule, and manage appointments in Fresha
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows
• Rebook inactive clients and fill schedule gaps (warm calls)
• Explain Melt services clearly and confidently
