This critical role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the patient journey, from initial enquiry to treatment commitment. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous administrative skills with a proactive, nurturing communication style to reduce no-shows and support the process to convert consultation attendees into paying clients.
