Virtual Recruiter

The Role:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and recruitment goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and sourcing strategies.

Ideal Profile:

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
