We're a fast-growing creative agency based in Singapore, and we're looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to work directly with our founder on all sales efforts.

This is not a passive, wait-for-instructions role.
We're looking for someone who thinks, moves, and owns outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the right hand to the founder across the entire sales journey:

Sales Support & Client Management

• Attend all qualifying calls, discovery calls, and pitch meetings
• Take clear, structured notes and extract key insights
• Send post-call recaps (fast, sharp, and client-ready)
