Overview:

The Visa Documentation Manager is the subject matter expert for all visa services and processes, overseeing end-to-end visa documentation and processing operations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing across all visa types, supervises the Visa Processing Team, and ensures that updates to New Zealand and Australian immigration policies are implemented effectively. The role also focuses on team development, operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for visa services and processes, providing guidance and resolving complex visa-related issues.
• Provide specialist support to the Visa Processing Team on all process-specific matters, including interpretation of updated New Zealand and Australian immigration policies and procedural changes.
