The Visa Documentation Assistant (VDA) guides clients through the visa application process, helping them gather and prepare all required documents accurately. The role involves managing application timelines, providing regular updates, and ensuring compliance with Immigration NZ policies and regulations. The VDA works closely with clients and Licensed Immigration Advisers to navigate migration processes efficiently, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Document Management: Assist clients in gathering, preparing, and organizing all necessary documentation for their visa applications. Thoroughly review documents for completeness, and accuracy before endorsing the visa application to LIA. Maintain organized client files.
