Job Responsibilities:
* Process visa applications for tourist, business, student, and other categories.
* Guide clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and country-specific procedures.
* Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS offices for appointment bookings and submissions.
* Follow up on pending cases and keep clients informed throughout the process.
* Stay updated on immigration laws, embassy regulations, and documentation standards.
