Visibility Officer

Job Description

• Execute Trade Marketing activities for improving brand visibility and presence in the market.
• Responsible for the execution and maintenance of all General Trading Corporate displays at the 1st priority placement.
• Ensure category displays as per the given guidelines in the GT channel.
• Ensure frontal displays to increase sachet visibility.
• Monitor stock replenishment, display, product placements and promotional product placements.
• Monitor and upload the team itinerary in the system in terms of store visits.
• Relationship building with the customers
• Daily competition monitoring and Reporting
• Effective utilisation of POSM (Point of Sales Material) in the market and keep the end-to-end monitoring and tracking of POSM.
• Daily Performance measurement of Merchandisers in order to monitor the daily KPI achievement.
• Team training and development.
