Vision FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity:
MetLife is seeking a talented Financial Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for our Vision offering. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of our Vision product line.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with FP&A and business units to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics for the Vision offering.
* Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
* Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for senior management highlighting key financial drivers and strategic impacts.
