Lead customer growth initiatives as the VP and Head of Customer Growth at SuiteSource Staffing Partner. This executive role drives revenue focus in a remote/hybrid work environment.
SuiteSource is seeking a dynamic VP to oversee customer growth and professional services. You'll partner with the Director of Consulting to define strategic growth initiatives, manage high-value renewals, and enhance the client experience. This position demands a deep understanding of Customer Success and Professional Services, particularly within SaaS and ERP platforms like NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Net Revenue Retention across client accounts
• Architect a scalable Managed Services model
• Build alignments within C-suite for key accounts
• Position the firm as a strategic NetSuite advisor
• Champion Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Customer Success or Enterprise Account Management
• Proven post-sales financial metric success
