Visiting Teacher – Nordic Pedagogy Pilot

Summary / Description:
We are seeking an educator with experience in innovative educational models, ideally influenced by Nordic pedagical approaches, to work with our primary and secondary school. This role involves adapting a pedagogical model to a local context, training and mentoring our teaching staff, and co-creating educational materials.
This is a pilot program with an estimated duration of 8 to 12 weeks. We offer accommodation, logistical support, and a stipend.
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt and implement an innovative, student-centered pedagogical framework in a primary and secondary school environment.
Train and mentor local teachers in new teaching methodologies and classroom practices.
Co-develop learning materials and teaching guides aligned with the pilot model.
Provide feedback and recommendations for long-term implementation of the model.
