Visitor Service Ambassadors

• Location: Botanic Garden/Napier MRT
• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30pm to 7.30am/4 Work, 2 Off
• Basic Salary: $2000 + Allowances + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)
• PTs are welcome @$12/hr

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors' queries
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
• Perform service recovery where necessary
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
• Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
