Summary Physician Assistant (Tele-Primary Care) is A Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 based position providing Primary Care services to Veterans through virtual and in-person modalities as part of an interprofessional Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Serves VISN facilities experiencing gaps in clinicians, delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care under the general supervision of the VISN Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Associate Director of Primary Care. Responsibilities This position may be located within 50 miles of any VISN 20 facility, spanning dynamic Pacific Northwest communities that offer a unique blend of urban amenities and outdoor adventure. Boise and Portland provide major-airport access, diverse dining, and thriving arts and tech sectors. Roseburg and White City offer small-city living near rivers, forests, and national parks.
