As a Visual Design Lead, you will drive the visual identity and creative direction of complex digital products and brand systems, translating strategic vision into compelling visual languages that resonate with users and elevate business value. You combine deep craft expertise with strategic thinking, leading visual design workstreams on enterprise programs while maintaining an obsessive attention to detail and quality. You understand how to build cohesive brand systems that scale across digital touchpoints—from brand strategy and identity to design systems, UI components, and digital content pipelines. You re comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders, defending creative decisions with clarity and confidence, and challenging the status quo when it serves the work.
