Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual displays, store layouts, and window designs to enhance the brand image and attract customers.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure displays are well-maintained, updated regularly, and optimized for inventory and customer flow.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field; prior experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of color, space, and design principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
