Job Description

Create visually appealing and engaging displays: Design and implement eye-catching visual merchandising displays to showcase products and attract customers. 
Maintain store aesthetics: Ensure the store environment is visually appealing, clean, and organized, maintaining brand consistency and visual standards. 
Analyze and adjust displays: Monitor customer response to displays, analyze sales data, and adjust displays accordingly to maximize sales and customer engagement. 
Strong visual design skills: Excellent aesthetic sense, creativity, and an eye for detail with a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. 
Technical skills: Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred). 
Project management and organizational skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute visual merchandising projects effectively and efficiently within deadlines.
