**POSITION SUMMARY:**



To draft and maintain seasonal VM guidelines of stores within the brand visual standards and to train channel field VM teams. To manage seasonal campaign image & window execution for stores across direct retail, consignment, franchise, and duty-free business in China. Ensure every single store opened with global visual quality.



**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**



+ Partner with executive leadership to develop a Store Visual Merchandising strategy and guideline, combining both strategic and creative aspects to maximize sales and elevate consumer experience.

+ Enhance standard practices for Visual Merchandising regarding newly introduced store openings, special events and seasonal implementations, and ongoing visual merchandising directives.
