Visual Merchandiser

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The Visual Merchandising Specialist reports to Assistant General Manager, and assists store leadership with merchandise presentations, planogram integrity, visual & seasonal displays, and in-store signage. Will also work with the Base Camp Visual Managers on all aspects of visual in-store projects.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Partners with department Outfitters to ensure all customer facing merchandise and visual presentation standards are executed to the Base Camp provided Visual Merchandising Directives. The Visual Merchandising Specialist will ensure that overall company brand standards and maintained at the highest level.
+ Assists with product related visual elements such as mannequin displays, bust forms, department visual scenes, endcap planogram execution integrity, seasonal retail events, promotional drive aisle monthly sets, and in-store signage compliance.
